    * ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES IN THE MOST
    PERSISTENT SNOWS.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOWS WILL CREATE AREAS OF POOR
    VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADS. WINDS WILL ALSO CAUSE
    SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME
    FOR TRAVEL...AND WATCH FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.
